By accessing or using the services provided by NextJob (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

NextJob provides a platform to connect job seekers with potential employers (the "Users"). NextJob is solely a venue for information and connection. We are not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates, or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

a. Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and use of the Service. b. Lawful Use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. c. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for any content (including, but not limited to, job postings, resumes, and messages) that you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.

4. No Employment Relationship

You understand and agree that NextJob does not employ the job seekers or the employers. NextJob is not responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any user.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. NextJob makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Service or the Content. NextJob does not warrant that the Service will operate error-free or that its servers are free of computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXTJOB, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

7. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NextJob and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) your use of or reliance on any Third Party Content, (ii) your use of the Service, or (iii) your breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

9. Changes to Terms
